High-voltage resistors
Flat and tubular ceramic high-voltage resistors from 0.25 W to 150 W, with withstanding voltages from 4 kV to 60 kV and resistance values from 1 Ω to 100 GΩ. Four series cover bleeder chains, voltage dividers, capacitor discharge and pulse loads — full manufacturer specification on every page.

RI80 leaded high-voltage resistors
Axial-leaded ceramic tube, 1 W to 30 W, up to 60 kV

RI82 flat (chip-style) high-voltage resistors
Flat ceramic body, 0.25 W to 100 W, up to 60 kV

HO-RI82 high-voltage bleeder resistors
Flat bleeder type, 0.25 W to 100 W, up to 40 kV

High-power tubular & bolt-mount resistors
Tubular and panel-mount bodies for high continuous dissipation
Construction
| Substrate | 96% Al2O3 alumina ceramic |
| Resistive element | Glass-glaze resistance film |
| Termination / leads | Tinned copper |
| Encapsulation | Resin |
| Operating medium | Air (see notes — rating improves substantially when oil-immersed or resin-potted) |
How to specify
- Give the working voltage and the continuous dissipation.
- Give the resistance value and the tolerance you need.
- Tell us the available length and the mounting type.
- For pulse duty, give the peak voltage and the pulse width.
Performance — common to all series
